Provide safe, stable supported accommodation for individuals leaving custody

Deliver specialist, person-centred support addressing mental health, addiction, and trauma
Promote independence and life skills development to support long-term stability
Support individuals with lived experience of the criminal justice system to rebuild their lives
Work to reduce reoffending and homelessness by addressing the root causes of instability
Offer social prescribing activities, including physical wellbeing, peer support, and community engagement
Create a structured, supportive environment that builds confidence, resilience, and purpose
